Join us for 60 minutes of time to decompress from your day.
This practice will work through the body focusing on each of our energy centers or chakras. This is a wonderful opportunity to check in with yourself and notice where your body could use some extra love.
For this practice you will need a yoga block (large books work well also) and a small ball or pillow.
Take time to slowing things down and turn inward during this practice. Enjoy!
