“Move it or lose it” was a phrase often used by one of our students. It was his belief he kept himself young by continuing to use his body. We think he was on to something.

Join us for 45-minutes of strength. This is a flow style of practice where we will incorporate some added punch to help strengthen the body for specific posture, or maybe just to amour us for life. You decide, but join us for a fun and challenging practice.
