This 45 minute practice is gentle but active.
We work to honor the body in all movements and breathing activities. Many of our daily activities add stress to the body leaving us feeling stiff and sore.
We focus on moving in ways that gently encourage the release of these discomforts and aid in strengthening the mind, body and spirit.
